Six years ago, Ciaran and Rebecca met — and something clicked immediately. So much so, they turned one date into three within a week! Their bond grew effortlessly, grounded in mutual understanding and excitement for what lay ahead.
In December 2024, during a family getaway in the Lake District, Ciaran proposed beside the tranquil shores of Grasmere Lake. Surrounded by love and scenery, it was the perfect moment. It inspired them to plan their wedding swiftly and joyfully — the result being their radiant celebration in July 2025.
They describe themselves as loving opposites — she brings calming order, while he injects vibrant energy. A project manager's thoughtful planning paired with an Assistant Headteacher’s bold ideas—together, they form a beautifully balanced team.
Why Intimate Felt Right

“It just suited our relationship so perfectly. The day was about us, our little family and some of our closest people around us. We just got to enjoy our most important day... together. The ceremony was small and meant everything to us.”
