We work with a trusted list of recommended local suppliers and our dedicated wedding coordinators will be with you from the moment you book to the moment you say I do.

At Tree Top Escape, the only essential you need to arrange yourself is the registrar — we provide everything you need to contact them. Every other detail is entirely up to you, with as much or as little help from us as you'd like.

Winter packages (December–March) start from £1,999 for a 2-night midweek stay in 2027. Prices rise from £2,999 in peak season (April–October). Guests are charged at £75 per head (up to 14). Are your packages available all year round?
Yes — we host intimate weddings every month of the year. Arrivals are on a Monday (2 or 4 nights), Wednesday (2 nights) or Friday (3 nights). Winter is our most affordable season, but couples choose Tree Top Escape year-round for its beauty and exclusivity.
How many guests can we invite?
You can bring up to 14 guests. Each guest is charged at £75, which includes use of The Meadow Room and a prosecco toast. Prefer to keep it just the two of you? That works beautifully too — we're happy to act as your witnesses.
Can you act as our witnesses?
Yes, absolutely. If you're eloping or keeping your wedding completely private, we'd be honoured to be your legal witnesses. Just mention it when you enquire.
Do you offer a ceremony-only option?
Yes — our Day Wedding package is a ceremony-only option from £999 (November–March) or £1,199 (April–October), available on selected Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Guests are £50 per head. It doesn't include overnight accommodation, but you can add a mini-moon at Rose Cottage with an exclusive 10% discount.
What food options are available?
We offer a range of dining experiences, from a traditional afternoon tea and Devon Cream Tea to fine dining in The Nest and our unique Grill Haus outdoor cooking experience. All food is provided by our recommended suppliers.
